Empowering of women is being another important area pursued vigorously by the bank. We have provided an Officer to head the Women Development Cell at Head Office and to undertake bigger responsibility to mobilize more and more women in the areas of the bank to form SHGs/Farmers Club and to involve them in larger scale in the micro Finance Segment.
